Concert Dress

EVC Formal Concert Dress: solid white shirt, at least 3/4 sleeves; black pants or skirt, black tights/socks (no skin showing on legs, ankles, feet); black shoes. Clothes should be nice and should be neat (ironed).Please avoid a hairstyle that could block the visibility of the singer behind you (not too high above the top of your head). Masks are optional.​

Arrive at dress rehearsal in your concert attire.

No scents: no perfume, cologne, or hairspray. Do wear antiperspirant/deodorant.

ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS
  • Performers and chaperones must show ID at the stage door to enter.
  • Food is not technically allowed in dressing rooms, but singers may bring snacks to eat discreetly. We recommend bringing a snack for the morning and a snack for the afternoon to eat at 2 pm, during the first half of the concert. Singers should bring a water bottle to use in the dressing room; other beverages are not allowed.
  • No food or liquids are allowed on stage.
  • Phones and cameras are not allowed on stage.

Generations Rehearsal Schedule

Performance Day: Sunday, December 11th, 2022
All call times and dismissals are at the stage door, 161 W 56th St.

  • 9:30 AM: Call time (Chaperones will meet students at stage door) in Concert Dress. Children may arrive between 9:10 and 9:30.
  • 9:35-12 PM: Dress Rehearsal
  • 12:00 PM: Dismissal for lunch
  • 1:45 PM: Concert Call Time (Chaperones will meet students at stage door) Children may arrive between 1:30 and 1:45.
  • 2:00 PM: Concert begins (The Bach Magnificat will be in the second half of the program, after intermission.)
  • 4:00 PM: Dismissal after concert
